Weekly project update
How can I help with your work?
Summarize this week’s project updates into what slipped, what’s blocked, and what needs a decision.
This week has one confirmed slip, one unresolved dependency, and one project reporting on track. Atlas moved its integration review from 18 to 25 September. Beacon cannot begin partner testing until sandbox access is available. Cedar still targets 30 September, with its current review checklist complete.
Two decisions deserve leadership attention: whether to protect Atlas’s revised milestone by deferring a reporting enhancement, and who will secure Beacon’s access by 21 September. I have kept these separate from routine progress so the update can be scanned without losing the requests for action.
The owners and dates come from the submitted project updates; the capacity decision is a proposal and the access date is a requested deadline. Neither should be presented as already approved. Ask Sarah to confirm the Atlas trade-off by 16 September and Daniel to confirm the Beacon access owner by 17 September. The executive version compresses the same facts into decisions, consequences, and next checkpoints without inventing a portfolio-wide success rate.
