Frequently asked questions
Who is this program for?
Consultancies, managed service providers, agencies and independent specialists who can make relevant, permission-based introductions to businesses evaluating enterprise AI. Every application is reviewed before a separate partner agreement is signed.
What counts as a successful referral?
A new business whose referral Coryntas has accepted in writing, that signs a customer agreement and makes its first deployment payment. We count each business once across the partnership, not each workspace or order. Existing customers, self-referrals and opportunities already being handled by Coryntas are excluded.
How do the deployment tiers work?
Successful businesses 1–5 earn 12%, businesses 6–30 earn 15%, and business 31 onward earns 18%. A business's rate is locked when its first deployment payment is received, including that business in the count. That rate applies to installments of its first deployment contract; earlier businesses are not repriced.
When does the usage commission start?
You earn 8% of eligible usage revenue received during 24 consecutive months from that client's first paid usage payment. Free usage does not start the window. Pausing service does not extend it, and usage commission does not change with your deployment tier.
How long is an accepted referral protected?
90 days from written acceptance for the client to sign a customer agreement. An extension must be agreed in writing. If more than one partner introduces the same opportunity, the first eligible referral accepted in writing takes priority.
When are commissions paid?
We reconcile monthly and pay within 30 days after the statement is finalized and all required payment documents are received. Commission is based on eligible revenue actually collected, after discounts and excluding tax, credits, refunds, chargebacks and third-party pass-through amounts.
What happens if a client is refunded?
Commission associated with a refund or chargeback is adjusted in a subsequent statement. A business whose deployment fees are fully refunded no longer contributes to the successful-business count. Rates already validly locked for other clients are not changed retroactively.
Does applying make me a Coryntas partner?
No. Applying starts a conversation. Partner status and commission eligibility require Coryntas approval and a signed partner agreement. That agreement identifies the contracting parties and applicable law, and takes precedence over these public program terms.
