Request: Compare our shortlisted vendors against the requirements and explain the trade-offs.

Northstar Desk is the strongest fit under the current weighting, with a score of 4.20 out of 5. Orchid Suite follows at 4.05, offering faster deployment and stronger controls at a higher annual cost. CedarOps scores 3.60 and has an unresolved audit-export limitation.

I have compared all three against the same cost, deployment, controls, and support criteria. The current model gives cost 40% of the weight, so Northstar’s lower quote matters more than Orchid’s three-week deployment advantage. This is a decision model built from the provided requirements and offers, not an independent product benchmark.

Keep Northstar as the preferred option if six weeks is acceptable. Before committing, validate its security review and implementation capacity, and confirm that the quoted scope matches the required rollout. If speed becomes the leading requirement, revisit the weighting rather than presenting the existing ranking as universally correct. The source excerpts and score calculation are available alongside the comparison.
