Product launch plan
How can I help with your work?
Build a product launch plan around our target date, available team, and outstanding dependencies.
The full-scope launch can be planned for 2 November if the team completes discovery, three integrations, acceptance testing, and operational readiness in sequence. Integration completion is on the critical path: customer testing cannot finish until those flows are available.
I have assigned proposed owners and defined an exit condition for each milestone. The plan includes core onboarding, three integrations, and advanced analytics; none should be assumed ready simply because the launch date is fixed. Access to the partner test environment remains an external dependency.
If leadership needs 19 October instead, the viable prepared alternative is a phased release with core onboarding and one integration. The other two integrations and advanced analytics move to a later phase. Acceptance testing remains in the plan; it is not compressed away to make the schedule look achievable. Confirm the scope trade-off with Priya, the product owner, and validate the partner access date before announcing either timeline externally.
