A closer look

Inspect the situation, the actions, and the decisions behind the result.
The billing contact is updated
Harbor's verified request became a saved billing-contact change. The updated record identifies Theo as the accounts-payable contact, and the account owner received confirmation.
The action changes where billing correspondence goes. It does not change payment instructions, bank details or invoice amounts.
The service change is active
Cedarbrook's project-status update frequency changed from weekly to daily using the existing authorized recipients. The service setting was verified after the update.
Rowan received confirmation, and the account record reflects the active setting. The request is completed rather than handed back as instructions for a team member.
The exception has an owner and the relevant context
Meridian's administrator replacement needs identity confirmation. Access remains unchanged while the existing account owner is contacted through the trusted channel.
Priya received the original request, account context and missing confirmation. The case stays open under Priya's ownership, without making the team reconstruct the request or treating an unverified change as completed.

R1Relay Digital · Request permissions
A verified account owner may request a billing-contact update or a change between weekly and daily project-status updates for their existing workspace. The configured workflow may apply those changes, verify the resulting record and send confirmation to the approved customer channel. New bank details, payment actions and privileged administrator replacement are outside this routine-change path.
R2Harbor Studio · Billing-contact request and result
Harbor's verified account owner requested that future billing correspondence go to Theo Bell, the named accounts-payable contact. Before: billing contact Finance lead. After: billing contact Theo Bell, Accounts payable. The saved contact was checked and the account owner received confirmation. No bank details, payment instructions or invoice amounts were changed.
R3Cedarbrook · Service-change request and result
Rowan, the verified customer administrator, requested daily project-status updates instead of weekly updates. Before: weekly frequency. After: daily frequency active. Existing approved recipients stayed the same. The saved service setting was verified and Rowan received confirmation. This frequency change is permitted by the current service and does not change its commercial terms.
R4Meridian Works · Identity-confirmation exception
A request to replace Meridian's administrator arrived through a channel not verified against its authorized contacts. The workflow did not alter access. A confirmation request was sent through the existing trusted account-owner channel, and the case was assigned to Priya Shah, Customer operations. Identity confirmation is still pending; the workflow does not classify the sender as fraudulent.
R5Customer operations · Current queue and notifications
Harbor: billing contact updated, saved record verified, customer confirmation sent. Cedarbrook: daily updates active, service setting verified, customer confirmation sent. Meridian: administrator access unchanged, trusted-channel confirmation requested, Priya notified with the original request and current account context. Routine changes are complete; the identity exception remains open with its owner.
