Monthly billing: Choose Core at $500/month, Growth at $5,000/month, Scale at $15,000/month. Each includes Coryntas models, business data management, caching and ongoing operations. For new deployments, Focused AI Agent includes one month of Core usage; Department AI Agents and Enterprise AI Agent System include one month of Growth usage. The included period starts at go-live, including operations for that package. Monthly billing begins in month two for the paid package agreed in your proposal. Actual task volume depends on task complexity and the workload agreed in your proposal. Your proposal confirms the workload and operating responsibilities covered by your package.
We confirm the workload and spending limit before activation. Package changes and additional spending require your approval. Work requiring further spending pauses at the agreed limit; management and reporting remain available. Coryntas bears usage caused by its implementation errors.

For new deployments, Focused AI Agent includes one month of Core usage; Department AI Agents and Enterprise AI Agent System include one month of Growth usage. The included period starts at go-live, including operations for that package. Monthly billing begins in month two for the paid package agreed in your proposal. Deployment also includes 30 days of stabilization after go-live, separately from your complimentary month of usage. Included Core or Growth package limits apply during the complimentary month. Third-party charges remain separate, and existing contracts retain their signed terms. Monthly service can be cancelled with 30 days notice; committed third-party costs are disclosed before signing.
30% at kickoff, 40% when delivered for acceptance testing, and 30% after successful acceptance. Enterprise applies the same schedule to each separately quoted phase.
No per-user fees or separate Managed AI Operations charge. Customer CRM, ERP, paid data and subscriptions are paid directly and listed before signing. If you connect your own third-party model account, its provider charges are separate and your Coryntas usage package still applies. Special infrastructure, additional training, on-site work and travel are quoted in advance; initial handover training is included.
With annual billing, your included usage month comes before the 12-month paid term at 20% off: 13 months in total. The included package is determined by your deployment; the paid package is agreed separately in your proposal. Annual packages are paid upfront for 12 months. Included usage remains monthly.
Annual cancellation, refund and package-change terms are defined in your proposal.
You can also connect your own third-party model account; provider charges are paid separately.
Special infrastructure quotes identify the basic infrastructure they replace. Existing contracts retain their signed prices and billing terms.
