Capacity is shared across every agent in your workspace and expires at the end of each monthly period. Top up at the package prices above; auto top-up is off by default.
Capacity is based on your workload, not a guaranteed number of tasks. We can estimate consumption for your work before you choose a paid package; the workload mixes above are illustrations, not fixed message allowances.
While your system operates with valid Coryntas usage, bug fixes, refinements and optimization within the agreed scope remain included without an additional development fee. New business responsibilities, additional departments or substantial new integrations may require a separate quote, approved before work begins.
The accepted proposal defines responsibilities, permitted actions, integrations and acceptance criteria. Handover documentation records the implemented configuration.
We correct implementation defects against those requirements and refine existing responsibilities. Adding or changing an action does not automatically create a paid development request.
For a material expansion, we explain the change and obtain your approval of any additional fees before work begins. Non-urgent improvements are scheduled by business impact, dependencies and agreed priorities.
No recurring development fee or additional minimum-consumption requirement applies to included improvements while your system operates with valid usage.
24/7 support. Prioritized by business impact. Targets run from receipt through your agreed support channel, around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.
An initial response comes from the support team, acknowledges the issue and outlines the next step. Automated acknowledgements do not count. These are initial response targets, not guaranteed SLAs or deadlines for completing the work. Resolution time depends on the issue. Response targets do not establish completion deadlines for development requests.
Advanced includes a dedicated operations contact for coordination, not a promise that one individual is personally available 24/7. Custom can include additional service arrangements agreed in your proposal.
How it works
Monthly capacity shared by every agent and subagent in your company workspace. Unused capacity expires at the end of each period; it does not roll over.
LLM, tool execution, compute, infrastructure and related runtime consumption share the same capacity. Reporting shows what you use, major cost drivers and estimated remaining capacity.
Your period starts at production activation and renews on that monthly anniversary. First-month and purchased capacity expire at period end. Paid continuation requires your agreement.
Buy a top-up at the package prices above for the current period. It expires at period end without changing your renewal date. Auto top-up is off until you choose a package, threshold and spending limit, and review the expiry date.
All packages use the same metering basis. Capacity multipliers do not promise greater speed or quality. Growth has the same price per capacity as Core; Scale has a 50% lower cost per capacity than Core.
One included monthly period for a new workspace, starting at production activation. Unused capacity expires at period end. Additional agents and upgrades do not repeat the offer. Paid continuation requires your agreement.
If capacity runs out and replenishment has not succeeded, work requiring usage pauses. Reporting and package management remain available.
Contact us about your workspace usageSeparate business environment and data are included for Essential, Professional and Advanced; Custom follows the agreed approach. Backups run daily under the service policy, with Custom arrangements agreed separately.
Responsibilities, actions, integrations, storage and customer-owned third-party subscriptions are confirmed in your proposal. Runtime costs covered by usage are not billed again as a development fee.
We review workloads that consume more than the value they create and recommend optimization, simplification, non-AI automation or removal.

Workflow counts are references for deployment scope, not run limits. Responsibilities, complexity, custom actions, integrations, storage and any subagents are agreed in your proposal. Examples describe possible work, not default inclusions.
Deployment pricing is not multiplied by the number of users. All agents and subagents share your workspace capacity.
Solution design, AI development, integrations, testing, deployment and continuous improvement of the deployed system within its agreed operational scope. While your system is operating with valid Coryntas usage, we continue supporting, refining and optimizing it without a recurring development fee or an additional minimum-consumption requirement.
Each package uses the same underlying metering basis for LLM usage, tool execution, compute, infrastructure and related runtime costs. The multiplier compares available capacity, not speed, quality or a guaranteed number of tasks. We estimate capacity against your actual workload. The 10× package has the same price per unit of capacity as 1×; the 40× package costs 50% less per unit of capacity than 1×.
Support, refinements, optimization and improvements to existing responsibilities are included while you continue operating Coryntas with valid usage. Major expansions of business responsibilities, new departments or substantial new integrations may be quoted separately. An improvement within the agreed operational scope is not automatically an extra development charge.
Advanced starts at $50,000 USD. Its final price depends on the agreed cross-department scope, subagents and implementation requirements. We provide a quote for acceptance before payment. Custom is quoted individually.
You can buy additional capacity at the published package prices. A top-up adds capacity to the current period, expires at that period’s end and does not change the renewal date or your recurring package. Work requiring usage pauses if capacity is exhausted and replenishment has not succeeded. Reporting and package management remain accessible.
Choose a deployment scope and describe the work you want handled. We confirm the proposal and applicable terms before you accept or pay. Advanced and Custom require a final quote. You can start by email without scheduling a call.
