A workflow is a business process within the agent’s agreed responsibilities. A custom native action is a business operation implemented for the agent. Workflow, action, and integration counts are deployment scope allowances, not the number of times the agent can run. Usage and service terms are agreed separately.

Custom business features count toward the package’s workflow, action, and integration scope. Data access controls, action confirmation, and execution history are included in every package.

What does each agent package include?
Each package covers the deployment of one agent for agreed business responsibilities. That agent can handle multiple related workflows and choose approved actions according to the situation. The package defines its workflows, custom actions, integrations, and handover support. Data access controls, confirmation before important actions, and execution history are included in every package. The comparison tables above show the full scope of each tier.
Does an Agent Library example correspond to a pricing package?
Library examples illustrate work an agent can take on. An example does not automatically map to a particular package or define your agent’s entire scope. We confirm the appropriate package from the related workflows, actions, integrations, and complexity agreed for your deployment.
What do the workflow and action counts mean?
A workflow is a business process the agent handles within its agreed responsibilities. A custom native action is a business operation implemented for the agent. The counts define how many workflows and actions are included in the deployment scope; they are not run limits. AI usage, expected load, budgets, and ongoing service terms are agreed separately.
Is pricing per agent or per user?
Pricing is per agent. The deployment fee is not multiplied by the number of users. One agent can serve multiple authorized users, with access permissions and expected usage load agreed during deployment. Additional agents can share your company’s environment, integrations, and document sources, subject to access controls.
What do I pay after deployment?
Additional credits cost $1 USD each. Your proposal specifies the applicable models, credit consumption, usage limits, and included operational services. The one-time deployment fee does not cover unlimited usage or indefinite operations. Ongoing service charges and terms are agreed in your proposal.
How is the final scope confirmed?
The published packages describe target scope. Before signing, we assess your use case and confirm the workflows, action complexity, integrations, and exceptions to be delivered. Data limits, expected load, available tools, and advanced features must be validated for your requirements. Your proposal records the agreed scope and acceptance criteria.
What counts as a custom native action?
A custom native action is a business operation developed and accepted individually, with defined inputs, rules, and results. The action allowance covers the initial deployment. The action list, complexity, and exception handling are agreed before signing; additional business capabilities can be quoted separately.
Are platform tools and third-party fees included?
Access to the standard platform tool catalog is included and does not use your custom native action allowance. Building custom business logic on those tools still counts toward the development scope. Third-party account subscriptions or API fees, where applicable, are disclosed separately.
How do starter credits work?
Starter credits are valid for 90 days from acceptance. Essential Agent includes 2,000 credits, Professional Agent includes 5,000 credits, and Advanced Agent includes 10,000 credits. The applicable models and credit usage terms are specified in your quote. Custom Agent credits are agreed separately.
What does knowledge base storage include?
Storage allowances are measured by the size of your original documents: up to 200 GB for Essential Agent, 1 TB for Professional Agent, and 2 TB for Advanced Agent. Custom capacity is agreed separately. Indexing, OCR, synchronization, and data processing scope and costs are specified separately. A storage allowance does not mean every uploaded document has already been processed for search.
Does 24/7 support include round-the-clock human assistance?
You can submit a support request at any time. Human support hours and response commitments depend on your package: Essential Agent receives support during business hours, Professional Agent receives priority within those hours, and Advanced Agent includes a dedicated operations contact and priority handling. Custom support hours and SLAs are defined in the contract. Specific response and resolution commitments are set out in the support policy.
Can I expand my agent’s capabilities later?
Yes. You can add business capabilities, extend workflows, or deploy another agent with a separate responsibility. New development is quoted as an extension to the agreed scope. Existing integrations, workspace resources, and knowledge sources can be reused where appropriate and permitted by your access controls.
Do I need to schedule a call to get started?
No. Choose a package, describe the work you want handled, and sign in or create an account to submit your request. We’ll follow up in writing to confirm the scope and quote before you accept or pay. You can also contact us by email. Training and handover arrangements are agreed within your package’s deployment scope.
