Customer story
How OptyxStack uses two AI agents to organize business information and support employees.
For an IT services business serving multiple customers, useful information can be scattered across the organization. OptyxStack works with Coryntas to address this through two agents now in production: one organizes information from multiple sources, and the other helps employees find answers. The deployment helps reduce information mix-ups, speed up information retrieval, and save employees time.

Business information was scattered across the organization
OptyxStack provides IT services to multiple customers. Its business information spans systems, client data, employees, and market context. That information existed across different sources and lacked a clear structure, making organization and access practical concerns for the business.
For a services company, having information available is only part of the task. People also need to make sense of it and find the details relevant to the customer or system they are working with. A collection of scattered information does not, by itself, give employees a straightforward way to get an answer.
The need therefore had two parts: bring scattered business information into a more organized form, and help employees access the information they need through questions. These became the two distinct responsibilities of the agents Coryntas deployed for OptyxStack.
Two agents with distinct responsibilities
The deployment covers information organization and employee knowledge support. The names below describe each agent's role in OptyxStack's business.
Information organization agent
The first agent brings together information from multiple sources and automatically organizes and refines it. Its remit addresses the fragmented information around OptyxStack's employees, customers, and market context.
Its role is to support the work of gathering and making sense of dispersed information. For the business, this puts attention on the usability of the information itself: bringing material together, sorting it, and refining it into a more organized form.
Employee knowledge assistant
The second agent answers questions from employees and supports quick access to system information and client data. Its focus is the employee who needs information to move forward with their work.
Employees can ask questions to obtain relevant business information. This gives the deployment a direct support role within the organization, with system knowledge and customer information as the core subjects of the assistance it provides.
Organized information and employee answers in daily operations
Both agents are operating in production at OptyxStack. The deployment puts two concrete capabilities into use: automatic aggregation, organization, and refinement of information from multiple sources; and employee question answering about system information and client data.
For this deployment, Coryntas reports an 80% reduction in the work required to organize and store business data. Automatic organization and refinement help keep scattered information in order and reduce confusion when employees work with information about different customers and systems.
Employees can retrieve information quickly by asking questions about systems and client data. This saves time spent searching for information and helps them get back to the work that needs their attention. For OptyxStack, the practical benefits are less effort spent organizing data, fewer information mix-ups, and faster access to answers during everyday work.
